TEKNOFEST’26 Şanlıurfa promotional activities were carried out.

An event was organized for students on our campus by the TEKNOFEST and Competitions Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent Gökrem, and Assistant Coordinator, Asst. Prof. Dr. Serhat Bilgin, to introduce the TEKNOFEST 2026 competitions and application processes.

Students from the Department of Health Management attended the event, which featured presentations by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent Gökrem; Furkan Çetinkaya, the T3 Foundation Tokat Provincial Representative; and members of the "Protecta360" team—Electrical-Electronics Engineering students Ahmet Zeki Aksoy, Emir Işık, and Ömer Faruk Polat, along with Mechanical Engineering student Muhammed Talha Kartal, who had won the "Best Commercialization Potential Award" and second place in the "Smart Transportation Category" at the 2025 TEKNOFEST competitions.

The event, which saw high participation from academic staff and students, included briefings on the 2026 TEKNOFEST competition categories, the financial support provided for projects by our University and the T3 Foundation, and the process behind award-winning TEKNOFEST projects.

Following a Q&A session, the event concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Fatih Karaca, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif Erişen, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sultan Güner Başara—who serve as jury members for our University's TEKNOFEST project competitions—and the taking of commemorative photos.
